What you will do
- Work qualified leads from Vitjo Leads — businesses that already have a visible gap we can fix
- Make first contact by phone, email or WhatsApp, whichever the lead responds to
- Qualify honestly: budget, timeline, and whether we are genuinely the right fit
- Book qualified meetings for the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Keep the pipeline updated so the team can see where everything stands
- Tell us which leads are rubbish, so the targeting gets better
What we are looking for
- At least a year of phone or remote sales experience
- Clear spoken and written English
- Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Self-directed — nobody is watching your screen, and we would not want to
- Comfortable with rejection, and able to keep going after it
- Honest. We would rather lose a deal than have a client mis-sold to
Nice to have
- Experience selling websites, branding, marketing or software
- A second South African language
- Experience with a CRM or a structured pipeline
- Availability during standard business hours
