Own how Vitjo Media goes to market. You will run our own marketing, build the sales pipeline, and close the work that keeps a studio of designers and engineers busy.

What you will do
- Own the sales pipeline end to end — prospecting, first meeting, proposal, close
- Run our own marketing: content, social, campaigns and the website we happen to build for a living
- Take enquiries from the website and turn them into scoped, qualified conversations
- Write proposals with the delivery team, and be honest with clients about what is realistic
- Manage the Vitjo Leads pipeline and coach the remote agents working it
- Build relationships with agencies and partners who can refer work
- Report weekly on pipeline, conversion and what is actually working
What we are looking for
- Three or more years selling services or software, ideally B2B
- You can hold a conversation with a business owner about their problem, not just your offering
- Comfortable writing — proposals, emails and marketing copy that sound like a person
- Organised enough to run a pipeline without being chased
- You understand enough about websites, branding and software to be credible
- You are comfortable saying "we are not the right fit for this" when it is true
- Driver's licence and your own transport
Nice to have
- Agency or software house experience
- Existing network in the North West or Gauteng
- Paid media, SEO or CRM experience
- A second South African language
