Overview
What CRM is
Most small businesses have tried a CRM, found it heavier than the problem it solved, and quietly returned to a spreadsheet and their memory. We are building the one that does not do that: your customers, your quotes, your follow-ups and your invoices in one place, set up in an afternoon, with nothing on screen you do not use. It connects to Vitjo Leads on the front end and to the work you deliver on the back.
At a glance
- Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter
- Only what a small team actually uses
- Works properly on a phone
- Connects to Vitjo Leads and Nova
- Your data exportable at any time
- In development — early access is open
Features
What it does
Customers in one place
Every company, contact and conversation together, so anyone on the team can pick up where someone else left off.
A pipeline you can see
Quotes and opportunities on one board. What is open, what is stuck, and what is worth chasing this week.
Follow-ups that happen
Reminders that actually surface, because the reason deals go cold is almost always that nobody followed up.
Quotes and invoices
Send a quote, turn it into an invoice when it is accepted, and see what is unpaid without opening another system.
Works on a phone
Built for someone updating a record in a car park between meetings, not only at a desk.
Connected
Leads flow in from Vitjo Leads, questions come in from Nova, and everything lands against the right customer.

Questions
Vitjo CRM — common questions
Can we use it now?
Through early access, yes — free while we build it, and with real influence over what gets built. It is genuinely in development, so expect rough edges and tell us about them. How is this different from the big CRMs?
Mostly in what it leaves out. Those are built for large sales organisations, and most of their capability is cost rather than benefit for a team of five. This is built for the team of five. Can we move our spreadsheet in?
Yes, and we will do it for you during early access. Getting existing data in is the step most CRM rollouts die at.What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it, in a standard format, whenever you want. We are not going to hold your customer list hostage.
