Vitjo Media Juno
An assistant that sits on your website and answers the questions you get asked twenty times a week — from your own information, with a link to where the answer came from.
Most enquiries arrive outside office hours, and most are the same handful of questions: what do you charge, do you do this particular thing, are you open on Saturday, do you cover my area. Juno answers those instantly from material you have given it. It shows people the page the answer came from, it will not invent something it has not been told, and anything it cannot handle goes straight to you with the whole conversation attached. It is the assistant answering questions on this site.
What it does
-
Trained on your material
You give it your pages, price lists, policies and FAQs. It answers from those and nothing else.
-
It says when it does not know
If your material does not cover the question it says so and offers to put the person in touch, rather than guessing and embarrassing you.
-
Handover to a person
Anything commercial or unusual is passed to you by email or WhatsApp with the full conversation, so you are not starting from nothing.
-
WhatsApp
The same assistant on the channel most South African customers actually prefer.
-
What people are asking
A weekly summary of the questions asked and the ones it could not answer — which tells you exactly what to add to your website.
-
Your data stays yours
Conversations are stored in your account and exportable. For clients who cannot use a cloud AI service at all, it runs on your own server.

Questions we get asked
Where does it get its answers?
Only from material you have given it — your pages, price lists, policies, FAQs. Every answer shows which one it used. If your material does not cover the question, it says so instead of improvising.
Will it say something wrong and embarrass us?
It is built so that it cannot answer a question your material does not cover. When it finds nothing relevant it declines and offers to put the person in touch with you. That is built into how it works, not just something we asked it to do.
How long does it take to set up?
Starter is usually live within a week. Business takes two to three weeks, mostly spent tidying up the material it will answer from.
Can it work without sending anything to a cloud AI service?
Yes. The self-hosted option runs open models on your own server, so no customer conversation ever leaves your network.
