Our position
How we think about it
A website is measured by whether it loads before a visitor loses patience, works for people using a screen reader or a keyboard, ranks for what your buyers actually search, and produces enquiries you can act on. We build to those four tests. Everything else — the animation, the 3D, the scroll craft — earns its place only if it survives them.

Process
How a web applications & experiences engagement runs
Each phase ends with something you can look at and a decision you can make.
- 011–2 weeks
Position
Who the buyer is, what they search for, what they need to believe, and what currently stops them enquiring.
- 021–2 weeks
Structure
Information architecture, content model and keyword map before a single pixel is designed.
- 033–4 weeks
Design
A design system, not a set of page mockups — so every future page is consistent and quick to build.
- 044–8 weeks
Build
Performance and accessibility budgets enforced in CI. A pull request that regresses either one does not merge.
- 05Ongoing
Grow
Ongoing content, structured data, internal linking and conversion experiments against a measured baseline.

Questions
Web Applications & Experiences — common questions
If yours is not here, ask Nova or send it to us directly.
Do you use WordPress?
Not for the platforms we build. We deliver a purpose-built headless CMS so there are no plugin conflicts, no unpatched vulnerabilities inherited from third parties, and no performance tax. If you already run WordPress and it is serving you well, we will happily improve it rather than replace it.Can our team edit the site without a developer?
Yes — that is the point of the CMS. Content, images, navigation, SEO metadata and page layout are all editable, with a preview and a quality check before publishing. How do you guarantee accessibility?
Automated axe checks run on every pull request and block the merge on a violation, then a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass covers what automation cannot detect. You receive a written conformance report. What about the 3D and animation — will it slow the site down?
No, because we budget for it. The animated hero on this site is a hand-written WebGL shader of a few kilobytes rather than a general-purpose 3D library, and it stops entirely when a visitor has reduced-motion enabled.
